The data presented in this dashboard originate from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) and the Swedish Environmental Epidemiology Centre (SEEC). The monitoring includes detection and quantification of generic material from influenza A virus, influenza B virus, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and SARS CoV-2 in untreated wastewater. Quantitative overview

The figure shows measured virus levels in wastewater from 2024 and onwards. Each dot represents the population-weighted weekly mean across the selected plants. The lines show rolling averages, also weighted by the population served by each plant. You can select the years, months, time-series window (for rolling average) and wastewater treatment plants from the below filter section.

Qualitative overview

The figure displays the status of each individual sample, categorised as positive, negative, or invalid. Empty cells indicate missing samples.
